Since 1998 Thriving Under Fire, has worked with groups and individuals to help them manage emotions at work. This includes dealing with angry and upset customers, holding team conversations and effective performance conversations. The main training programme is available in an eLearning format hosted on our Learning Management System (LMS) or yours. We have dedicated programs for workers in veterinarian practices.

Through this training you can learn how to communicate well in all situations and reduce your stress.

      We have a dedicated program for workers in veterinary clinics to help them reduce stress and flourish.

      As well as face-to-face training we also provide this training throughout the world in an online format. Our office is based in Wellington, New Zealand.
