“I worked with Kevin while he was the Head of Product and Innovation at Racing Post. Kevin put in place a range of processes, such as the Product Council, which prevented the siloing of teams. This increased transparency and ensured that new ideas were given due consideration to review how they would support the overall business strategy. The Product Council also ensured new ideas were validated with customers before entering the development phase. Due to Kevin's initiative, requesting a review of our Data Architecture, the business has a greater understanding of it's capabilities today and is soon to initiate a major technical overhaul to bring capabilities which will enable Racing Post to fulfill its future ambitions. Kevin did a fantastic job balancing different stakeholders and their needs during a time of significant change.”
