In a changing world, delivering quality software can be overwhelming. My years of experience as a developer, and my interest in project leadership, provide software development teams with the support they need to thrive.

I help developers work together, complementing each other’s strengths. I’m a strong believer in creating safe spaces that allow people to continuously improve while achieving business goals.
