Has the overall responsibility for developing, delivering, optimizing and managing the full life-cycle of the digital products and services that make up Callaghan Innovation’s portfolio of Finance and Science-related products/services - ensuring the services meet the business/user needs, are secure, fit for purpose, and provide outstanding user experience.

• Collaborating with the IT Plan, Build and Run stakeholders to ensure product releases align with
the business objectives.
• Working within an agile framework to ensure sprint planning, sprint achievement, development &
release cycles achieve required outcomes.

•Manage ICT services including Change Management, Incident Management and Asset
Management.
•Use industry best practice and applying new tools and processes to drive operational efficiencies

• Work together with the Business Architect to identify optimized solutions for customization requests and support tickets.
• Serve as DevOps on several NetSuite verticals and modules such as SuiteCommerce Advanced and Billing engine.
• Provide system insights and expertise on supported applications to business, ICT operational and project teams and coach product support team members on resolutions and complex inquiries.

• NetSuite lead technical implementation expert responsible for system administration and provide level 2 support.
• Configuration and customization of NetSuite via scripts, workflows, custom records, fields and forms, saved searches, reports and dashboards.
• Provide oversight on NetSuite change/release management process.
