Luncheon to draw NYC’s most powerful women

The East Side Democrat’s bill is being blocked by two men — senators Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Tom Coburn (R-Okla.).

The Women of Influence luncheon, emceed by Rita Cosby, is expected to draw Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito, retiring Met Museum president Emily Rafferty, Kathleen Turner and Christine Quinn.
