$250 million, claiming the long-running Fox TV cartoon used his portrayal of mobster Frank Carbone as the basis for an animated character, a report said.

Sivero claims he is the “originator of the idea and character” for the cartoon mafioso and is suing Fox, according to Variety.

Sivero has previously taken legal action over his role in “Good­fellas.”

He filed suit against a deli in Los Angeles over its “Frank Carbone” sandwich.

In March, Sivero was busted on a gun-possession rap at his Los Angeles apartment.
