Well, that was fast.
Just 10 months after they secretly tied the knot, Jeremy Renner and baby mama Sonni Pacheco are gearing up for what appears to be a bitter divorce battle.
Pacheco, a Canadian-born model, filed for divorce earlier this month, citing “irreconcilable differences,” TMZ reported Tuesday.
Details in the documents are biting.
Pacheco is “demanding” the “American Hustle” star, 43, return her “stolen” passport, birth certificate and Social Security card, according to the website.
She also says the pair’s prenuptial agreement should be discarded because it was based on “fraud,” though the meaning of “fraud” was not expanded upon.
Pacheco, who is roughly 20 years Renner’s junior, is asking for physical custody of the couple’s daughter, Ava Berlin, who turns 2 in March, as well as spousal support. She also wants the Oscar nominee to cover her moving expenses and rent.
The mom of one also wants to continue using her sweet ride: a Range Rover.
A rep for Renner did not immediately return a request for comment.
Renner didn’t even confirm his marriage to Pacheco until this September, telling Capitol File magazine: “I have tried to protect my family’s privacy, my wife’s privacy. I don’t need her to get hammered with my life.”
Two months ago, the art-loving beauty — who has shown off several of her clay sculptures on Instagram — posed with a torso-deer skull piece she dubbed her “boyfriend.”
