Candice Bergen said her hair and makeup stylist arrived early to get her ready for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Spirit of Achievement Luncheon, and, “After looking at me for a long time, he said, ‘My mission is to make you look like Candice Bergen.’”
The actress then quipped to the audience, “This is as close as we could get!”
Bergen was honored at the luncheon at the Rainbow Room with Renée Fleming before guests including Christine Baranski and Olympic medalist Sarah Hughes.
