Gwen Stefani’s rep shoots down Blake Shelton romance rumors

Gwen Stefani’s rep has shot down rumors that the singer’s been having an off-screen romantic duet with her “The Voice” co-star Blake Shelton.

“It’s completely untrue,” said a rep for Stefani, who split from husband of 13 years Gavin Rossdale over the summer.

Shelton and his wife, fellow country star Miranda Lambert, also split in July, and Life & Style magazine reported, “Everyone on [‘The Voice’] set sees that Blake and Gwen are falling for one another.” But another source told us, “It’s ‘The Voice,’ not Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Rumours’ sessions,” referring to that rock band’s infamous infidelities.

Meanwhile, Shelton insisted of his marriage split on “The Bobby Bones Show” on Wednesday: “In Oklahoma, it happens so fast. Like, Miranda and I didn’t have any kids, and we had a prenuptial agreement . . . Once we filed, it was over in, like, I think it was like a nine- or 10-day waiting period.”

Both Shelton and Lambert were hit by rumors of cheating when they announced their divorce.

“Our whole thing was, we are going to be cool about this, it is what it is . . . We’re buddies,” Shelton said.
