After the July wedding of Nicky Hilton to James Rothschild in London, the family had more to celebrate in Hollywood this past weekend.
Arriving at what he thought was a launch of daughter Nicky’s handbag collection, dad Rick Hilton was instead greeted by friends for a surprise belated 60th birthday party hosted by Lauren and Richie King, who runs King World Productions, now part of CBS.
Celebrating with the Hiltons at the Kings’ Holmby Hills mansion were Wendy Stark, Somers Farkas and former Charlie’s Angel Jaclyn Smith.
Rick’s wife, Kathy, explained the secret to keeping a party a surprise: Invite guests in the space of less than two weeks.
