Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick — the team behind restaurants including Carbone and Dirty French — will be awarded the lifetime achievement award at the 18th Food Allergy Ball on Dec. 8 at the American Museum of Natural History.
The guest of honor at the black-tie affair will be CBS’s Joseph Ianniello, and Karen and Lianne Mandelbaum will chair the annual allergy honors.
