Bad-boy heir Peter Brant Jr. was a sharp-dressed man in Queens court Tuesday as he made a short appearance nearly a month after his arrest at Kennedy Airport on charges of assaulting a Port Authority cop.

Lounging on a wooden bench and looking about as bored as you might expect the son of a billionaire to look, he rocked a black sports jacket, eggplant shirt, gray flannel pants with zippers on the side and black suede shoes. His lawyer, Alex Spiro, and Queens ADA Catherine Kane did all the talking.

“The District Attorney’s Office just has to confirm that nobody was injured in the course of this misunderstanding and then we’ll move forward,” Spiro said, as Brant, 22, remained silent.

Kane explained during the proceedings that the court is currently awaiting medical records and is “still in the negotiating phase for a potential offer.”

Brant, the son of businessman Peter Brant and supermodel Stephanie Seymour, was charged with felony assault on March 23 after the alleged attack on the cop following a dispute with JetBlue employees who thought he was too drunk too fly.
