Salma Hayek is one of the most gorgeous women on the planet, but even she isn’t immune to insecurities.
“Well I am entering my fifties so your body confidence isn’t that good,” the 49-year-old actress told InStyle UK.
Hayek, who will turn 50 in September, also equates her everyday self confidence to a roller coaster.
“I think it depends on the day, for everybody, there’s some days you say, ‘this is it,’ and you love it. Then there are days when you go, ‘this can not be it! Is this really it?’ So I think it’s up and down all the time,” Hayek said.
Though Hayek has the support of her “perfect” husband, François-Henri Pinault, she found another way to ease her mind from the uncertainties.
“You know what I like to do? I go to the market, look at stuff and come up with a concoction in my head and then put it together,” she explained. “So there’s a chance there will be something extraordinary, but there’s a small chance it will be a disaster.”
