Mika Brzezinski got help from “Morning Joe” co-star and rumored flame Joe Scarborough at the Accessories Council Excellence Awards.
“I lost my voice,” Brzezinski told the crowd. “I have laryngitis, and I have to save my voice for the show.” But she “brought someone to fill in for me. He’s used to talking. He talks a lot.”
Scarborough then got laughs reading Mika’s intro for Sarah Jessica Parker, including, “I wear her shoes on the set . . . I even got them for Joe’s background singers in his band, so they can be comfortable onstage.”
