It’ll be a girl for Lauren Manzo.
As the “Manzo’d with Children” star confirmed Wednesday on Bravo’s Daily Dish, she and husband Vito Scalia will welcome their first child, a daughter, early next year.
“I’m due February 26, and there’s only 28 days in February and it’s a first pregnancy, so I’m kind of saying it’s going to be the beginning of March,” she said.
Manzo, 27, who wed Scalia last July, announced they were expecting in September. And while their unborn baby’s health is of great importance, so is her astrological sign.
“The baby’s going to be a Pisces, which I was freaking out over at first, because there’s a couple of Pisces that I know that I can’t stand,” she explained. “I said to my doctor, ‘Maybe we could just do a C-section two weeks early and it can be an Aquarius.'”
After consulting with loved ones, Manzo eased up on her zodiac concerns.
“When I was telling people that I didn’t want the baby to be a Pisces, all these people were like, ‘Well I’m a Pisces,'” Manzo said. “And I was like, ‘Oh, I like you.’ And then they’d be like, ‘I’m a Pisces.’ And I’d be like, ‘Oh, I like you too.’ I think I’ll be OK with a Pisces baby. But I butt heads with Pisces because Pisces are sensitive and I don’t have time for that.”
Fortunately for Manzo, she’s already dealt with plenty of people born under the water sign.
“Vito’s like, ‘What does it matter?’ I’m like, ‘I don’t know, honey,'” Manzo continued. “Well, Vito’s actually a Pisces. Vito’s on the cusp of Pisces and Aries, and I’m an Aries.”
