Justin Bieber took a dig at Selena Gomez’s new beau, the Weeknd, during a livestream on Instagram during Sunday night’s Grammys.
When asked what his current favorite song is, the bratty pop star replied, “Ummm … ‘Starboy’ by the Weekend,” before laughing for 12 uninterrupted seconds.
“Oh s—t, that was funny,” the 22-year-old added. “We gotta end it now. Oh that was too funny.”
This isn’t the first snide remark made by Bieber since Gomez, 24, and the Weeknd, 26, were spotted swapping spit behind the dumpster of popular Los Angeles eatery Giorgio Baldi early last month.
Days later, the singer was asked by a TMZ cameraman if he could still enjoy his fellow Canadian’s music.
“Hell no I can’t listen to a Weeknd song,” he said. “That s—t’s wack.”
Bieber and Gomez dated from 2011 to 2014, and it sounds like one of them is having trouble letting go.
