Cane doesn’t stop Harvey Weinstein from hosting pair of screenings

Harvey Weinstein was walking with a cane on Sunday night but managed to host back-to-back screenings of films including Quentin Tarantino’s “Reservoir Dogs.”

First, he introduced transgender drama “3 Generations” at the Whitby Hotel in Midtown.

Star Susan Sarandon was seen asking the hobbled but happy Weinstein, who just underwent knee-replacement surgery, “What drugs do they have you on?” since he was smiling ear to ear after the film, which also stars Elle Fanning and Naomi Watts.

Later, he and brother Bob hosted a 25th-anniversary “Reservoir Dogs” screening at new 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, where guests included Tarantino, Steve Buscemi, Christian Slater, Adriana Lima, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, Paul Haggis and Doutzen Kroes.

Tarantino, who was with girlfriend Daniella Pick, was seen chatting with Malia Obama after the film. Haggis chatted up model Lima. And as Weinstein passed, Slater said, “Hey Harvey! I’m Christian,” a spy said. Odd, since Slater starred in multiple movies for Weinstein’s Miramax.
