Tucker Carlson’s book fetches $9M in bidding war

The book world’s buzzing that Tucker Carlson has inked a two-book deal with Simon & Schuster’s Threshold Editions worth $9 million, sources tell Page Six.

Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” host has been shopping a proposed book amid a flurry of interest: Last week, the Hollywood Reporter said offers could hit $15 million.

The books are reportedly “current events-oriented, provocative and funny,” and publishers were eyeing them as a potential franchise. Threshold’s known for publishing tomes by conservative players such as Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Laura Ingraham and Rush Limbaugh. Reps did not get back to us.
