Howard Stern’s wife remained chipper and upbeat today as fans of her hubby still feared the worst since the workaholic took his first “personal day” ever.
“Everything is great. He’s coming back on Monday. He had to take a personal day, that’s all,” Beth Stern told The Post.
Beth was spotted earlier Friday morning strolling out of the couple’s posh Upper West Side high-rise holding a brown shopping bag and accompanied by a building attendant, who wheeled a luggage cart for her with light baggage and a cat scratch scroll on it to a black Lincoln SUV.
Stern’s unexpected absence from his SiriusXM show on Wednesday caused the rumor mill to swirl with a range of speculative reasons why the shock jock, who has never taken a personal day, took the day off.
