Mel B’s former nanny accuses her of lying to judge

Mel B’s former nanny has accused the former Spice Girl of lying to a judge.

Mel B, 41, extended a restraining order against Lorraine Gilles prohibiting her from going near the singer for five years, but Gilles claims that Mel B’s order was never actually served to her.

Gilles, 25, claims that the restraining order was actually served to her husband instead of her, which is illegal. Gilles claims to have proof that she was in Kentucky when the documents were served in Los Angeles, TMZ reports.

Mel B obtained the order as part of a bitter divorce battle with ex Stephen Belafonte, who she accused of having an affair with Gilles behind her back. Mel B also claimed that Belafonte paid for an abortion for Gilles with Mel B’s money and alleged that Belafonte physically abused her during their nearly 10-year marriage.

In addition, Mel B accused Belafonte of attempting to exploit her with sex videos, which she claims Belafonte recorded and threatened to release without her consent and kept in a storage locker under Gilles’ name.

Gilles disputed Mel B’s claims, alleging that the “America’s Got Talent” judge seduced her into seven years of threesomes with Belafonte. A search of a storage locker allegedly holding the sex tapes turned up empty.

Gilles is currently suing Mel B for defamation of character.
