Neil Patrick Harris can’t stand to be away from his family.
The actor FaceTimed husband David Burtka and their 6-year-old twins, Harper and Gideon, in front of a large audience at Vulture Festival on Saturday.
“Harper lost her two front teeth,” Harris beamed when his daughter grinned for the camera. He ended the call with, “All right, you guys are insane and I blame myself. I love you. We’ll talk soon!”
The family is known for having epic Halloween costumes, and Harris, 43, said they already have a costume idea for this October.
“With four of us, you get to come up with interesting ideas,” he said, joking that as his kids get older, they become harder to convince. “We have an idea for this coming year, and we’ll see if they go with it.”
Last year they went as Marilyn Monroe, Groucho Marx, James Dean and Charlie Chaplin.
