After two years of back and forth, Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida have reached a divorce settlement.
The news of their agreement, via TMZ, comes months after a judge pulled the plug on their first attempt to dissolve their marriage because Nida’s name was misspelled on paperwork and that he wasn’t properly informed of the details.
The former couple was married in 2009 before splitting in 2015.
“The judge overturned it, so I’m forging forward to do whatever I need to do to resolve this,” Parks said at the time.
The site reports Parks and Nida have agreed to co-parent the best they can despite Nida serving an eight-year prison sentence for fraud.
Parks, 43, and Nida, 38, will share joint legal custody with the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fixture taking primary physical custody.
Their children, Ayden, 7, and Dylan, 4, will call their father on a weekly basis.
