Sprint CEO moving next door to SJP and Matthew Broderick’s megamansion

Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure is moving to one of the hottest blocks in Manhattan.

Sources tell us that Claure has purchased the townhouse next to Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick’s double mansion on West 11th Street.

(Last year, Parker’s rep vehemently denied to Page Six they planned to combine the homes.)

Claure’s new 10,000-square-foot West Village home, located at 269 W. 11th St., was bought for $28 million from a Goldman Sachs partner.

It features eight bedrooms and 8 ¹/₂ bathrooms, a 1,200-square-foot garden and a roof deck.

The deal included an already approved plan for “a spectacular renovation by an award-winning architect,” whom we’re told is Annabelle Selldorf.

“The size of the house per the approved plans can be approximately 20 percent larger,” the listing promised.

It’s one of the most chic blocks in town.

Along with SJP’s digs, venture capitalist Adam Dell just sold his home at 252 W. 12th St. to Aileen Getty for $19 million.
