TV’s “Dog Whisperer” Cesar Millan caused a bigger commotion than 50 Cent in front of the Bowery Hotel on Tuesday.
“Paparazzi swarmed [Millan] outside the hotel, and no one noticed 50 Cent in his convertible [Rolls-Royce] out front at the stoplight . . . They eventually snapped him in the car, but all eyes were on Cesar,” a spy told us.
Millan and 50 Cent weren’t the only ones making the rounds on the Bowery.
Jessica Simpson was spotted having drinks.
