‘Mighty Ducks’ star heading back to jail after drug bust

Shaun Weiss, who was arrested on drug charges just days after being released from jail for petty theft, is heading back to the slammer.

The “Mighty Ducks” star has been sentenced to 90 days in county jail after being arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine in Burbank, Calif., on Aug. 2, police officials confirmed to Page Six on Wednesday.

Weiss appeared in court Tuesday.

The 38-year-old former child actor was picked up after a resident in Burbank called the cops about a man wandering around the property of an apartment building.

Weiss, who also starred in “Heavyweights,” was recently sentenced to 150 days in jail for stealing $151 worth of merchandise from Fry’s Electronics, but reportedly was released early due to overcrowding.

Weiss’ rep told us the actor’s sentence is “the best thing for him.”

“He has hit his bottom,” the rep said. “Hopefully he will stay clean and sober when he gets out.”

According to public records, Weiss’ next court date is set for Sept. 22.
