Tom Cruise injured on the set of ‘Mission Impossible 6’

Tom Cruise took a flying leap while filming a stunt for “Mission: Impossible 6” on Sunday — and ended up slamming into a brick wall.

The 55-year-old actor was attached to a pulley system while making the tricky jump from scaffolding onto a rooftop in London. He tried to continue with the scene after missing his mark, but his knees buckled beneath him.

Video shows Cruise grimacing in pain and concerned crew members gathering around him. But he refused any help as he limped off the set on his own. It was unclear what, if any, injuries he sustained.

Filming was temporarily stopped.

Cruise plays spy Ethan Hunt in the series, and is known for refusing a body double.

The actor personally scaled the world’s tallest building, Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, for 2011’s “Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol” and famously hung off the side of a moving airplane in 2015’s “Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation.”

Simon Pegg, who has co-starred with Cruise in three “Mission: Impossible” movies, has called him “ one of the last movie stars, if not the last movie star, of his kind.”

A request for comment from Cruise’s rep wasn’t returned.
