One of these women is a world-renowned supermodel and the face of countless fashion ads — and the other is her mom, Cindy Crawford.
At first glance, it’s hard to tell who’s who.
Kaia Gerber, 15, is the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty and has landed modeling deals with Miu Miu and Alexander Wang.
She is the spitting image of her mom, still a stunner at 51.
Kaia recently sat down with Teen Vogue and discussed the influence that her mother had on her as a kid.
“My parents have always taught me to be myself and to follow my instincts,” she said of Crawford and her father, businessman, and former model Rande Gerber.
“They also say that you should never let what other people do affect what you want to do. It changes everything when you accept who you are and you don’t try to change yourself.”
Gerber went on to describe how she hoped to one day become a role model for kids, much as her mother was for her growing up.
“It is so key to me to be a good role model for young girls and someone their mom would want them to look up to,” she said. “I now reach so many people, and it’s hard for them to know what is real. I don’t take any platform I have lightly. It’s so important to send a good message.”
