Following the plotlines of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” the Franklin Lakes, NJ, home owned by cast member Jacqueline Laurita has seen plenty of dra-ma. Now, the custom estate is once again on the market, for the reduced price of $2.3 million.

As we’ve learned from other examples of the “Housewives” franchise, prominent placement on a reality TV show isn’t always a guarantee of home-selling success.

Jacqueline and her husband, Chris, first put their six-bedroom, 5.5-bath mansion on the market in 2014 for $2.85 million. They reduced the price to $2.78 million before taking it off the market altogether, according to NJ.com.

Foreclosure had been initiated after the couple failed to make mortgage payments three years ago, the publication reported. The two had spoken about money worries on the show, due to the cost of treatment for their son’s autism.

But last year, Laurita managed to get herself out of foreclosure. (She fared better than cast mate Teresa Giudice, who faced foreclosure on one of her New Jersey homes, which was then sold at auction for just $100.)

Laurita, the 47-year-old co-author of the self-help guide “Get It,” apparently got it.

To live like a reality TV housewife, here’s what you’d require: A “freshly renovated” two-story entry foyer and library. A great room with custom woodwork, fireplace, and wet bar. A modern kitchen—as seen numerous times on the show—with commercial range, wine fridge, walk-in pantry, and eating area.

There’s also an “expansive” master suite with two walk-in closets, a spa tub, and a shower; a finished walk-out basement with playroom; wine cellar, and office. Hand-painted murals adorn some of the rooms.

Outside there’s a large deck, limestone walkways, a heated, four-car garage, and security cameras with night vision.

Laurita, an original cast member, wasn’t a part of Season 6 , but she returned in Season 7 to mix it up with longtime frenemy Giudice. As for the upcoming eighth season, Laurita will not be returning.

“The feeling [from the network] is that I no longer have an authentic connection with two of the season’s cast members,” she told “Entertainment Tonight.”

But fans of the Bravo series will always have the memories of Laurita’s home, as it was featured on the show countless times.

Her kitchen also had a starring role in a spot Laurita filmed, shilling for Mr. Clean products.
