On deck in the broadcasting booth: Joe Manganiello?
Sofía Vergara‘s other-half tried his hand at play-calling Wednesday, when he and brother Nick Manganiello caught the minor league Staten Island Yankees’ game at Richmond County Bank Ballpark.
“Now batting, center fielder number 21, Andy Diaz,” Manganiello, 40, announced from the booth. He later captioned an Instagram video, “The @siyankees putting me to work…”
Manganiello’s time at the stadium wasn’t all work and no play, as he and his brother indulged on sweet treats in plastic Yankee caps.
The Staten Island Yankees won both of its games Wednesday.
Though Vergara, 45, missed the boys’ night festivities, she will always be Manganiello’s “lucky” charm.
Following the Penguins’ Stanley Cup victory earlier this summer, the Pittsburgh sports fanatic posed with the prized cup and his stunning spouse after hosing the 2017 NHL Awards in Las Vegas this past June.
“Me and Lady Luck with the Cup,” Manganiello posted on Instagram.
