Tituss Burgess is a great friend to go out to dinner with.
The “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” star was seen out to dinner at Chelsea hotspot Cookshop on Friday night and picked up the bill.
“It looked like a super fun, casual time,” a source told Page Six of the party of eight which included a former employee of the restaurant.
Burgess was sipping on a blueberry mojito and enjoyed the eatery’s popular heirloom tomato salad and their mixed grill plate which includes lamb chop, pork belly, flank steak, and vegetables. After he signed the check, their waiter brought over a complimentary plate of vanilla sugar donuts.
The actor has been in New York this week after earning his third Emmy nomination for the the Netflix show starring Ellie Kemper.
But according to his Instagram, he made time to catch up on the latest shakeup at the White House by way of the New York Post’s website.
