A swarm of bees attacked socialite Jean Shafiroff at the Hampton Classic horse show as she arrived at the celeb-packed VIP tent.
“I tried to stand still and let them fly off but they wouldn’t get off my face. I was terrified,” said Shafiroff, who wasn’t stung. “They must have liked my perfume (which was Nanban).”
Bystanders tried to help the swarmed socialite by swinging at the bees who eventually buzzed off.
