Richard Williams and estranged wife fight over eviction

Serena William’s father’s divorce has taken a nasty turn.

Lakeisha Williams has asked a judge to stop her estranged husband, Richard Williams, and his tennis star daughter Serena, from evicting her and their 5-year-old son, Dylan, from her Florida home.

The home in question is owned by Serena, Lakeisha claims, TMZ reports.

Lakeisha says Serena’s attorneys issued letters requesting she leave the property. Counsel for the tennis champion, who gave birth to a baby girl last week, also threatened to change the locks.

Lakeisha has also filed an emergency motion pushing the sale of a property she and Richard own together. The reason for the quickie sale is for financial reasons, adds the site.

She claims Richard is facing health matters and could pass away — thus starting a mess in court over his estate.

The pair called off their seven-year marriage in June. In their divorce battle, Lakeisha accused Richard of exhibiting both “hostile” and “abusive” behavior. She also denied accusations she stole his Social Security checks and forged his name on a deed transfer. Lakeisha’s also seeking custody of Dylan, child support and attorney’s fees.

A request for additional details from Lakeisha’s lawyer wasn’t returned.
