‘Bachelor in Paradise’ star Amanda Stanton to write tell-all

Amanda Stanton is the latest “Bachelor” star to pen a memoir about her time on the reality TV franchise.

“It feels good sometimes to stick up for yourself, so I’m learning how to do it, even though it’s hard for me. I think I’ve just avoided conflict, and it’s something that I still hate,” Stanton, who appeared on Ben Higgins‘ season of “The Bachelor” and two seasons of the controversial spin-off “Bachelor in Paradise,” told Entertainment Tonight.

The 27-year-old mother of two has a tumultuous relationship history in Bachelor Nation.

She was sent home after introducing her daughters to Higgins, 29, in the 20th season of “The Bachelor.” Stanton then got engaged — though it didn’t last — to Josh Murray following a stint on “Bachelor in Paradise” and most recently fell for Robby Hayes while in Mexico for a second time.

Her relationship with Hayes, a self-proclaimed “social media influencer,” ended soon after the show’s finale.

While Stanton is ready to stand up for herself, she says the book will not solely focus on those failed relationships.

“I still am a very positive person and whatever relationship drama I’m going through, I always do try to be positive. At the end of the day, my book is going to be more positive than some tell-all trashing people,” Stanton said, possibly referencing Andi Dorfman‘s book from 2016 that detailed her messy breakup with Murray.

At the end of the day though, there is one thing all of Stanton’s TV appearances have taught her: She’s “so done dating in Bachelor Nation.”

“I really want to date a normal guy. I want a normal life. I want to get married, I want to have more kids, and I just don’t know if I would find that within the franchise.”
