The Beastie Boy rapped at new downtown hot spot Mailroom on Thursday night for a crowd that included artist Dustin Yellin and outspoken actress Susan Sarandon.
“He was on the mike singing along while pal A-Trak was on the decks,” said a source at the party.
“He was really getting into it, especially when his own music was played. He even did ‘So What’cha Want.’”
The newly opened spot hosted a number of Fashion Week parties including a performance by Gucci Mane.
