Dorinda Medley wasn’t happy to run into Tom D’Agostino

Champagne was spilled at the launch of Photo Butler, the social media app created by Boston-based tech titan Andy Goldfarb.

The drama at Rose Hill, the new venture of Frederick Lesort on East 32nd Street, unfolded when Tom D’Agostino, the playboy husband-for-seven-months of Luann de Lesseps, arrived with four blondes, including rumored new fiancée Anna Rothschild.

Luann’s friend, “Real Housewives of New York City” co-star Dorinda Medley, wasn’t happy to see him and spilled her flute of pink bubbly.

Getting doused was the vintage Courrèges ensemble of accident-prone philanthropist Jean Shafiroff, who has lately been set on fire and attacked by bees.

“She just ruined my skirt!’’ Shafiroff squealed as banking heir Ivan Wilzig and ’80s supermodel Coco Mitchell looked on, aghast.

“What can I tell you? It’s not a party until someone ruins your couture, Jeannie!’’ quipped George Wayne, whose book “Anyone Who’s Anyone: The Astonishing Celebrity Interviews 1987-2017’’ is being published in December by HarperCollins.
