Audrina Patridge files for divorce after alleged domestic violence incident

Audrina Patridge has filed for divorce from husband Corey Bohan after 10 months of marriage.

The documents, filed Wednesday in Orange County Superior Court, come days after Patridge, 32, filed for a temporary restraining order against Bohan, 35, following a series of incidents the reality star regarded as menacing and emotionally abusive, TMZ reported Thursday.

According to docs obtained by the gossip site, Bohan harassed Patridge at home with their only child, 15-month-old daughter Kirra, present. After Bohan allegedly told Patridge she’s “f–ked up” because of her childhood, she then recorded Bohan on her phone when he told her to “Grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce.” Patridge claimed Bohan grabbed her phone and deleted the video.

Child protective services is said to have visited their home Sept. 15.

The final straw for Patridge was over the weekend, after Bohan crashed a beauty event in which she was a panelist and allegedly followed her on stage, asking about the whereabouts of their daughter. In the documents, Patridge said, “I was shaking at this point.”

“Audrina’s number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time,” Patridge’s rep told People.

The couple, whose romance began in 2008 on MTV’s “The Hills,” tied the knot in Hawaii last November.

Reps for Patridge did not immediately return a request for comment.
