Audrina Patridge stepped out Sunday to collect daughter Kirra Max from estranged husband Corey Bohan, less than a week after confirming the two were divorcing after 10 months of marriage.

The former “Hills” star, who also filed a temporary restraining order against Bohan, 35, following a series of domestic violence incidents, picked up their 15-month-old toddler following the BMX pro’s seven-hour court-approved visit in Orange County.

Ahead of Patridge’s divorce filing last week, child protective services is said to have visited her home. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Bohan allegedly harassed Patridge at home with their daughter present, calling his wife “f–ked up” because of her childhood.

Bohan is also accused of holding Patridge’s home and her personal possessions “hostage.”

In documents provided to Page Six from The Blast, Patridge went to the home with her father, who had texted Bohan to leave the premises temporarily, to pick up some of her and her child’s belongings. Patridge claimed in the docs Bohan had “installed cameras throughout the house: in the kitchen, living room, entryway and upstairs hallway.”

Though Patridge’s restraining order against Bohan prohibited him “from keeping [Patridge] under surveillance,” he allegedly recorded his soon-to-be ex and her father from “the moment [they] entered the home.”

Upon calling the police, Bohan allegedly told Patridge, “You’re only making things worse.” He was not taken into custody.

“Audrina’s number one concern is for her daughter,” the reality star’s rep told People, adding, “she asks for privacy at this time.”

On Monday, TMZ reported Bohan would not be prosecuted for domestic violence due to a lack of evidence.
