David Beckham’s daughter, 6, could carry on his soccer legacy

At least one Beckham child is ready to follow in their father’s footsteps.

Proud father, and soccer legend, David Beckham shared two videos of 6-year-old daughter Harper’s first soccer practice on Thursday on Instagram.

“Someone’s ready for her first football lesson ❤️ ⚽️,” he wrote alongside a black and white clip of the tyke dribbling.

Beckham, 42, also shared a video of the practicing her shot. She may yet lack her father’s trademark ability to bend the ball into the net, but the power’s certainly already there, as she proved when she boomed a kick over his head at one point.

“❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⚽️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Oh My,” the father-of-four wrote.

Despite an illustrious career that saw him lift trophies at Manchester United, Real Madrid and the Los Angeles Galaxy, Beckham’s other children haven’t shown much interest in the sport.

Brooklyn, 18, is busy dating Hollywood starlets and studying photography at Parsons, while Romeo, 15, has made clear tennis is his sport of choice and Cruz, 12, has looked to mom Victoria for inspiration.
