Sofía Vergara, the smart and sexy star of “Modern Family,” has sold a tiny condo in Miami Beach, FL, within walking distance of the beach, according to GossipExtra.
Vergara purchased the 468-square-foot studio in 2007 for $165,000 after living in it for a number of years. The property landed on the market in March for $150,000.
The starter apartment sits in a two-story, white stucco building in the North Beach neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from the sand.
On “Modern Family,” the Colombian-born model and actress plays Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, the straight-shooting trophy wife of much older Jay.
Vergara, 45, recently won a round in a long-running legal battle concerning the future of two frozen embryos produced in Los Angeles through an in vitro fertilization procedure when she was engaged to Nicholas Loeb. The actress is now married to hunky “Magic Mike” actor Joe Manganiello.
Forbes reported in 2017 that she was the highest-paid actress in television.
