Even Josh Groban isn’t immune to Times Square hustlers

Even Broadway star Josh Groban isn’t immune to getting hustled in Times Square.

At the Only Make Believe gala this week, “Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812” Tony nominee Groban was presented with an award by Tony winner Lena Hall, who revealed: “At our first meeting, he signed my guitar . . . we took a stroll around the middle of 42nd Street together, and I watched as he was hustled out of $40 by a character dressed up in Times Square.”

“SNL” comic Cecily Strong hosted the event, and Bryan Terrell Clark, Montego Glover and Greg Hildreth performed.
