Mayor Bill de Blasio was spotted on the A train Friday heading uptown with an entourage of security personnel and aides in tow.
When Page Six asked Hizzoner, who was enjoying a cup of yogurt with granola, what he was doing riding the rails, he replied, “What’s wrong with riding the train?”
De Blasio introduced himself to other riders and gladly posed for pictures with them.
One of his guards, named Carl, told us that they were coming from City Hall and that the mayor rides the train all the time.
Carl also said he “loves the New York Post” and reads it “all the time.”
