Modeling agency warns against imposter emails

A sleazy imposter posing as a booker for the agency that reps Kate Upton, Irina Shayk and Toni Garrn is trying to lure wannabe models with a fake casting call.

The Lions Model Management posted a warning on Twitter: “Someone has been sending out fraudulent emails to hold castings as a Lions agent. We do not hold open castings.”

The bogus booker, using the name “Curtis Allison,” had sent e-mails saying, “Do you want to be a model? . . . We are in search of new faces for the agency . . . If you feel you would be a good fit, please contact.”

One recipient noticed “Curtis” was using a Yahoo e-mail address instead of an address ending in @thelionsny.com and alerted the agency.
