Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict welcome a girl

Tia Mowry and husband Cory Hardrict have lots to celebrate.

The couple welcomed a baby girl to their family on Saturday.

“Feeling grateful and blessed as we welcome our little baby girl into the world,” Mowry, 39, shared with a photo from her hospital bed cradling their new bundle of joy. “Born May 5th at 10:29 am at 6 pounds and 4 oz 19.8 inches. We are in heaven.”

Mowry and Hardrict are already parents to 6-year-old son Cree.

Mowry announced she was expanding her family in November and in January shared the sex of their baby.

While they have yet to share an official name, in January, Mowry said she was leaving that job to Hardrict, 38.

“My husband named Cree, so he will be naming our baby girl,” the actress told Page Six. “He did say that while he was in the air flying, he saw some letters in the sky that he had seen with the clouds, and those letters were going to find a name.”
