Supreme Court Judge Anthony Kennedy got rock-star treatment in Williamsburg this week when he dined at Antica Pesa.
Spies said that when Kennedy arrived, “a security detail almost shut down a street, as onlookers wondered who he was.”
The judge, 81, arrived with wife Mary Davis and their full family to celebrate a grandson’s graduation.
“It was a large party and they took over a long table as security surrounded them,” said a witness.
They spent the night making toasts . . . Judge Kennedy even stood up during his meal to compliment the live jazz band playing, and got their contact information for a soiree later this summer.”
