Tommy Lee claims he spent $130K on son’s rehab

Tommy Lee can’t seem to keep his beef with son Brandon off social media, this time claiming publicly that he paid $130,000 for Brandon to go to rehab.

“Rehab for son: $130,000, Party for son’s 21st birthday last year: $40,000,” the 55-year-old Mötley Crüe drummer wrote Monday. “Medical Bills after son knocks his father unconscious and uses ‘alcoholism’ as scapegoat: $10,000, Son acting like a victim on social media on father’s day: Priceless. I’m out [mic] drop!”

Lee’s latest missive came after he complained on Instagram Sunday that he felt like he “failed as a father” because of his sons’ behavior, adding, “It’s really tough to watch your sons grow up without morals” and insinuating that ex-wife Pamela Anderson “enabled” 22-year-old Brandon.

Brandon retaliated with an angry post of his own, as well as a video of Lee knocked unconscious following their March brawl, which was reportedly sparked after Lee disparaged Anderson on Twitter for bringing up Lee’s past domestic violence against her in an interview.

Brandon later replaced the video with a note, writing, “Tommy. If you want to bad mouth me, do it to my face. You post something for the world to see, saying that I’m a bad kid and my mom is a bad mother, what do you expect? Seriously, who’s the fkn adult here? How would you even know if I’m a bad kid, you’re not even around enough to know what kind of a person I am. I understand that your feelings must be hurt still about how things went down. But please stop posting all of this on social media, it’s making us all act like kids. Let’s just drop it dude.”

He added, “You’re mad I didn’t say Happy Father’s Day to you?? So what?! My birthday was on June 5th motherf—ker … I didn’t hear s—t from you … and I didn’t go telling the world what a let down you are. Come on man. It’s time to move on. Let’s keep this private.”

Lee initially said he’d press charges after Brandon refused to apologize for the alleged sucker-punch in March, but the Los Angeles DA dropped the case after Lee reportedly didn’t cooperate with investigators.

A rep for Anderson and Brandon declined to comment, but they each spoke out about the incidents on social media.

The “Baywatch” beauty left a note on the National Domestic Violence Hotline’s Instagram page on Sunday, writing, “I feel for all the children today who have suffered a non existent or toxic parent… Stay strong – you can create your own family and holidays like these can be painful and confusing – it can stir up painful memories or feelings of abandonment.”

On Tuesday, Brandon acknowledged his father’s generosity and offered to reciprocate.

“I thank my dad for paying for my treatment. It’s the best thing he has ever done for me,” Brandon wrote on Instagram. “Today I am almost two years sober. Every day that goes by, I feel ever more grateful. My clear mind has allowed me to do a lot with this time. So much so that I would like to offer to pay for his treatment.”

A rep for Lee did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
