Tyra Banks’ mom is pushing her to have more kids

If Tyra Banks‘ mother Carolyn London has anything to say, the supermodel will be expanding her family soon.

“God, my mom wants more grandbabies,” Banks, 44, told Entertainment Tonight.

Banks welcomed son York in January 2016 with ex-boyfriend Erik Asla.

“My son is rolling and running around and she’s like, ‘You see? He needs a friend. He’s saying that these stuffed animals are his babies and he’s calling himself a big brother,’” Banks recalled of her mom’s comments. “He calls himself a big brother. I’m like there’s nobody underneath you. What does that mean ‘big brother?’”

He might be only two, but Baby York, who is rarely seen, is already making demands.

“I think every 2-year-old has some terrible moments,” Banks explained. “And he definitely, definitely has that. But, he’s also like in charge so when he’s eating I try to tell him you must sit at the table when you eat, you cannot run around, you must sit. So the other day, yesterday, my mom is eating at the counter in the kitchen. He’s like, ‘Nana, sit down you down. You eating. Sit down, Nana.’”

If the “America’s Next Top Model” star wants to expand her family soon, she’ll certainly have space.

Banks recently purchased a new 6,200-square-foot Pacific Palisades, Calif. home for $7 million.
