Shannon Beador’s ex apparently wants to cut all ties with her.
“It’s been requested from my ex that I’m not worthy of the name Beador,” she recently said on The Daily Dish podcast. “For the sake of my kids, I think I’m going to stay Shannon Beador.”
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star joked that since her maiden name is Storms, the name Shannon Storms could be interpreted as “stripper porn.”
“Now I call myself Shannon Storms Beador so it’s kind of like the best of both worlds,” she said.
Late last year, Shannon, 54, filed for divorce from David Beador following his infamous infidelities, which played out on the Bravo show.
“If I were ever to consider getting married again, I’m going to want to get to know the person,” Shannon said on the podcast. “I’m not getting divorced again. Once is enough.”
Castmate Vicki Gunvalson equated the Beadors’ split to “financial suicide” in a recent interview with Page Six.
