Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson had ‘preliminary discussions’ about a wedding

Wedding bells weren’t ringing for Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson.

Despite getting engaged in June, the former couple never started planning their nuptials, according to TMZ. The “God Is a Woman” singer, 25, and “Saturday Night Live” star, 24, never started looking at venues, dresses or picking a date.

But a source close to the couple told Page Six that there were preliminary conversations regarding their big day.

Davidson finally broke his silence about the split over the weekend while co-hosting the “Judd & Pete for America” benefit with Judd Apatow.

“Well, as you could tell, I don’t want to be here. There’s a lot going on,” Davidson joked, according to E! News. “Does anybody have any open rooms? Looking for a roommate?”

The ex-couple inked their bodies with various tattoos dedicated to each other, one of which Davidson covered up ahead of the split news breaking.

“Um, I’ve been covering a bunch of tattoos, that’s fun,” Davidson continued. “I’m f–king zero for two in the tattoo [department]. Yeah, I’m afraid to get my mom tattooed on me, that’s how bad it is.”

Grande said she would be taking a hiatus from social media following her “very sad” split from Davidson, but it didn’t last long. She deleted her announcement and immediately started posting Instagram stories of her friends, her streaming numbers and more.
