Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid both skipped the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2017, but could be poised for a comeback this year.
Brian Atwood, a shoe designer who frequently collaborates with the lingerie giant, might have spilled the beans on the big news. Atwood took to Instagram to express his excitement for the upcoming show, posting runway photos of both Hadid and Jenner with captions insinuating that both will be joining the Angels in New York City.
“Can’t wait to see this beauty @kendalljenner strutting in my shoes for the @victoriassecret fashion show… less than a month away!!!!,” the designer captioned the shot of Jenner.
Atwood’s snap of Hadid featured similar commentary: “Less than 1 month away!!!! Let’s do this @gigihadid @victoriassecret. Can’t wait to show you what we have done for the show!!!!!”
Jenner could not participate in 2017’s show in Shanghai due to prior contractual commitments with lingerie brand La Perla, while Hadid was banned from entering China after she posted racially insensitive content on social media.
Reps from Victoria’s Secret and Jenner and Hadid’s camps did not immediately respond to our requests for comment.
