Marcus Hyde lost control of his Mercedes as he drove up the Malibu coast last night.
His car smashed through a fence on the Pacific Coast Highway and smashed into the embankment.
Paramedics said Hyde suffered seizures as they pulled him out of the wreck.
He and a female passenger were airlifted to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Their condition is unknown, but a source told TMZ that Hyde suffered “critical head injuries.”
